The Writer will play a critical part in creating content for the Customer Support department, which provides technical support and a variety of services for our global customers. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrated technical writing and presentation skills, and someone who understands what it takes to provide a great customer experience. They are an individual who can take complex technical topics and distill them into easy-to-understand language.

  • Analyzing information from the point of view of your readers.

WHAT IT TAKES:

  • Two years of experience in a technical writing role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as a team player.
  • Excellent time management skills to work on tight deadlines.
