Specific Responsibilities:
Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information and establishing entry priorities;
Enters data and maintains entry requirements by following data program procedures. Reviews output to test for accuracy;
Follow up on “On Hold” work orders;
Assists with editing or creating CPT’s as required;
Ensures that ALS Group analytical codes and procedures are being followed;
Maintains communication by referring client inquires to Supervisor or client service personnel;
Provides input on quality improvements to the department;
In consultation with Supervisor, may assist with investigating client enquiries and complaints related to quality issues and suggest proactive actions;
Identifies internal and external problems when they arise and reports them to Supervisor or Manager;
Maintain a positive work environment through active team participation with a focus on quality customer service and maintaining client confidentiality;
