Web Designer

Description:

· Design visually appealing and consistent imagery for websites, aligning with Talentcity's brand image and guidelines.

· Integrate features and functionalities into websites, ensuring seamless user interactions and a smooth browsing experience.

· Create and optimize website content using various software tools, including graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.

· Test and enhance website design for improved user experience, conducting usability tests and implementing user feedback.

· Consult with clients to determine communication material elements and gather requirements for website design projects.

· Choose suitable mediums and vehicles for effective visual communication, considering the target audience and project objectives.

· Prepare graphic elements, sketches, and layouts using traditional and digital tools, translating concepts into visually engaging designs.

· Source images from existing databases or collaborate with illustrators/photographers to create original visual assets.

· Establish guidelines for illustrators and photographers, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to project requirements.

· Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary work environment, working closely with developers, content creators, and other team members to deliver high-quality websites.

Employment Requirement:

· A bachelor's degree in computer science, graphic design and/or multimedia design is required.

· Experience in graphic design and web design.

· Creative ability and artistic talent, as demonstrated by a portfolio of work.

· Positive and supportive team player, able to deliver quality output in a timely manner.

· Proficiency in web design tools and technologies

· Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.
