  • Consumers and the world they live in is changing rapidly. As a North American agency specializing in the CPG industry, we help our clients navigate this new world of social, eComm and changing media to help them get results.
  • The VP Integrated Digital Experience will be on the front lines of this evolution. We’re bringing together our Social Media, Web Platforms, and Paid Media departments and preparing for major growth. You’ll have the opportunity to build a team, create integrated strategies and oversee a successful execution.
  • As a key part of the Crew Sr. Leadership Team (SLT), you will advise on current and future efforts to position the agency as a leader and lead a positive and enthusiastic team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Overall revenue and profitability responsibility of the departments
  • Participating in the Business Development process and scoping new work
  • Creating and presenting integrated digital strategies that will drive client results.
  • Developing the framework and templates for the divisions including Organic Social, Influencers, UGC, Collaborations, Web Dev, Paid Media, CRM etc.
  • Connects and contracts with Suppliers, Freelancers, Influencers etc. as part of the Execution.
  • Managing each team to execute effectively with high client satisfaction.
  • Mentoring and coaching the team for career growth and progression
  • Creating the right processes and systems to execute well and profitably.
  • Utilizes metrics and software for tracking and develops reporting on client and division performance.
  • Representing Crew by attending or speaking at industry events and tradeshows from time to time.
  • 30% of time will be billable client work

 

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience developing integrated digital strategies and ensuring the execution of those strategies to achieve results.
  • Great feedback and track record as a team leader and people builder
  • Knowledge and depth of experience in the Food / Beverage / CPG industry
  • Agency experience is a strong advantage.

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Communication related field (Business, Communications, Marketing) or any equivalent combination of educational and work experience required.
