Description:
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Participates in related administrative assignments as requested, such as surveying conference room usage, training new reception desk partners, resolving conference room conflicts , supports partners with preparing and sending couriers, and distributes incoming mail in a timely way
- Provides reception services to visitors at the Company's front desk reception area. Greets visitors, issues temporary access badges, and controls access to secure company areas. Maintains logs of visitor arrivals and departures. Logs and tracks incoming and outgoing deliveries that pass through the reception desk. Maintains orderly appearance of the reception area.
- Receives and redirects as appropriate, any incoming calls including customer calls
- Maintains and support continuous improvement of office support processes, partners with office manager to ensure smooth operations of office environment and supports ordering, supply management and organization
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve the partner experience in the office including but not limited to planning office events; always looking for ways to foster our culture and coffee legacy
