As part of this expansion, Doctr is seeking qualified and compassionate Nurse Practitioners (NPs) licensed in Ontario to join their fully remote, virtual healthcare team. As a Virtual Nurse Practitioner, you will provide virtual consultations and primary healthcare services to Ontario-based patients through Doctr's secure digital platform. You will utilize your clinical expertise to assess, diagnose, treat, and educate patients on various health issues, offering personalized and timely care from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive virtual consultations to patients residing in Ontario using Doctr’s secure telehealth system.

• Assess, diagnose, and manage a broad range of primary care conditions.

• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests, adhering to NP scope of practice regulations in Ontario.

• Provide patient education, follow-ups, and preventive care guidance as needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation within the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and holistic care delivery.

Requirements:

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).

• Authorized to practice independently and prescribe medications within NP scope in Ontario.

• Previous experience in virtual care, primary care, or urgent care is an asset.

• Technologically proficient and comfortable with EMRs and secure communication platforms.

• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and effective time management skills.

• Reliable internet connection and a private, professional workspace suitable for remote consultations.

• Certification to practice in other Canadian provinces is an asset, though not required.
