Ux Lead Designer

Description:

UX Design Leadership & Strategy

• Represent UXD when collaborating internally, cross-functionally or with business stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Tech Lead to establish the product roadmap.

• Take charge of designing and executing various deliverables (such as information architecture, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes) that align with the overall strategy and insights derived from data analysis.

• Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables, ensuring their timely completion and adherence to the defined criteria for each story.

• Identify and analyze market trends that can be leveraged to support the overall strategy.

• Share best practices within the Center of Excellence and bring back valuable insights to foster consistency across our brands and processes.

• Ensure the implementation of best practices within the area of expertise and advocate for their adoption.

• Offer mentorship and guidance to team members with less experience, fostering their professional growth.

• Oversee the implementation of strategic changes, providing support and managing their impact effectively.

Delivery & Collaboration

• Produce and lead user-centric deliverables aligned to design vision and strategy

• Ensure data-driven design decisions based on analytics, user research findings and results from digital optimization experiments

• Create re-usable components and lead exploration of new UXD patterns based on standards and data to ensure design consistency across platforms/screens

• Effectively communicates design rationale to stakeholders and senior leadership

• Lead workshops, discovery sessions and design reviews

• Provide developer guidance across the ecosystem

Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Human Computer Interaction and/ or Masters in relevant domain

• Certification(s) in User Experience design, Design Thinking, and Lean UX
