Description:
Incumbent must understand the processes associated with liquidity stress testing and settlements of accounts for the major legal entities in the US Region. Client engagement is routine and frequent. Consequently, it is critical that the incumbent is able to articulate (written and verbally) in clear, concise, polite and professional terms. The incumbent will also actively participate in related project activities (requirements gathering, design feedback, and user acceptance testing), and internal/external audit queries.

How You’ll Succeed
Previous experience - To be successful in this position, you will utilize previous experience in prioritizing and organizing workload to perform daily settlements and all related activities as well as the ability to address and resolve trade/settlement disputes and reconciliation breaks in a timely manner. Your experience in working on projects and your ability to effectively participate in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing design feedback are important in this role.
Coaching and Relationship Building- Coach junior staff to ensure they understand processes, procedures, and the importance of customer service quality. You will also take on some escalated issues as may be assigned, stay in regular contact with internal and external partners to obtain and provide information, as well as respond to requests.
Industry knowledge and Process Improvement mindset – A good understanding of OTC derivatives and other financial instruments is highly desirable as well as a continuous improvement mindset to be able to actively/proactively make suggestions and participate in testing and analysis of new systems/processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
