Agilus is recruiting for a Turnover Coordinator in the Oil and Gas Sector in Fort McMurray, Alberta.
Our client in the Oil & Gas sector is looking for a Turnaround Co-ordinator to join their team for a full time 6 months contract in Fort Hills
A Typical Day
- Manage hard copy turnover document review following established turnover processes
- Setup and manage an electronic turnover database and steward document review following established turnover processes
- Train contractors in the use of an electronic turnover database
- Review turnover documentation indexes and documentation
- Drive contractor progress to completion of construction work fronts, including field construction, documentation and deficiencies
- Complete system reporting on turnover progress
- Support the Final Walkdowns (FWDs) of systems, responsible for Punch list creation and categorization and verification of completion of punch items where necessary (risk based). Supporting IWP Walkdowns
- Support groups like Regulatory, Document Control, Quality Assurance, Field Engineering, Project Engineering and CS&U/RFO for technical interface and issues resolution
Successful Candidates Will Have
- Turnover Coordinators with 8-10 years of turnover experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Strong computer skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs is essential
- Experience with Hexagon’s SmartCompletions (preferred) or other turnover database software
- Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License or equivalent
