What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provide direction to the department on day-to-day duties and scheduling.
  • Manage employees by providing explanations and assurances via training, policy guidance and procedures of the clinic. Demonstrate the proper approach to servicing our clients for our staff.
  • Contribute to positive staff environment by giving clear instructions and scheduling deadlines. This includes consistent interaction and support of staff working the front desk.
  • Ensure confidentiality at all times in dealing with management, staff and clients in the clinic.
  • Schedule staff to ensure consistent coverage at all times. This includes contributing to coving staff shortages when they occur.
  • Frequently visit the front and ask if they are doing ok and if there is anything they need help with.
  • Before leaving for the day ask the treatment coordinators if they need anything before you leave.
  • Prepare and head the Treatment Coordinator Meetings providing educational and informative content, instructions, and review of policies to benefit the department’s efficiencies.

As The Successful Candidate, You Have

  • Experience as a treatment coordinator in a medical clinic
  • An ability to provide training to staff on a variety of treatment methods and customer service.
  • A track record of both leading treatment coordinators and providing treatment yourself.
  • Ensure clinic protocols related to Covid19
  • Previous experience with using social media to promote the clinic
  • Well organized, specifically related to scheduling and staff management.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and patient management systems
