Training Coordinator

 

Description:

The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting CCRW staff in collaboration with job seekers with disabilities in preparing for work, through accessing and identifying training opportunities and providing support in identifying and purchasing accommodations for the workplace. The Training Coordinator supports multiple Hub office locations across Canada and is a self-motivated individual able to support job seekers with disabilities from a variety of professional backgrounds. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining various databases by entering new and updated clients, job seekers, and account information for our programs within various site locations.

 

Requirements to be considered for this job:

  • Creative, organized, collaborative, and motivated individual
  • Proven ability to gather information about a topic, review that information and analyze and interpret the details in a way to support a solution
  • Proven ability to utilize technology and proficiency in the use of Office 365, preference given for experience in use of the SalesForce platform
  • Strong adherence to tact, diplomacy, and privacy standards
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with barriers experienced by job seekers with disabilities
