At ONxpress Transportation Partners, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) we’re responsible for Service Planning and Design. That means we’ll develop service plans that will guide GO-rail operations for years to come. We’ll build service plans around the complexities of daily operation – passenger demand, fleet and crew availability, construction windows; and will continually improve them, because no one likes a late train. As Service Design Manager you’ll operationalise our Train Service Plans. You’ll lead a team of TSP Specialists to transform service concepts into daily schedules that connect communities better and faster. This will involve interfacing with our Rail Corridor Access teams, third parties, and accommodating special events.
Responsibility
You'll help develop a team that can deliver the annual timetabling process, lead the operationalization of our TSPs, and gear us up for launch day. Here are some of the specific activities you’ll be doing:
