Iris’s client, one of the Top 5 Bank in Canada is looking to hire a TIBCO Integration Developer for a long term contract opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Integration Design and Development: Create and implement integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks to meet business requirements and enhance system interoperability.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs.
- System Analysis: Analyze existing systems and integration points to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Technical Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Development: Coding integration processes using Tibco BusinessWorks development environment, including configuring adapters to connect to various systems like databases, web services, and messaging queues.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of integration solutions to ensure they are robust, scalable, and free from defects.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize integration processes and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure high system reliability and efficiency.
- Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for TIBCO BusinessWorks integrations, including monitoring, incident resolution, and enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with developers, business analysts, and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Skills :
- Proficiency in Tibco BusinessWorks: Deep understanding of Tibco BusinessWorks features, including process design, adapters, data mapping, error handling, and deployment mechanisms.
- Java programming: Knowledge of Java for custom development within Tibco BusinessWorks.
- Data integration concepts: Familiarity with data transformation techniques, data quality checks, and data mapping.
- XML and JSON: Understanding of XML and JSON data formats for data exchange between systems
- Database knowledge: Ability to interact with various database systems to retrieve and manipulate data
- Integration design patterns: Awareness of common integration patterns like pub-sub, message queuing, and event-driven architectures
