Winners Optical is currently hiring 1 full time Telemarketing Specialist.No previous experience in the optical field is required (we will fully train you), however you must posses excellent communication skills. As such you must have an extrovert personality and be able to speak to our clients and patients with ease. You must also posses excellent phone etiquette.

Your Assets:

• You must be very organized and have excellent note taking abilities.
• You must be very fast and be able to answer multiple calls on the phone
• You must care about every one of our clients, and must do your utmost best to keep our clients happy. You must posses the right language to keep clients coming back and inviting them to send us any referrals they know.

Your duties:

• Make a receive phone calls
• Make appointments for our patients and cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary
