Install, test, configure, maintain, and repair computer hardware, software, operating systems, and the corporate network.
Monitor incoming support tickets.
Create and maintain users in POS and other software.
Manage IT inventory.
Set up and maintain employee computer stations.
Support systems implementation manager in software and system rollouts/changes.
Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility.
Installing and upgrading anti-virus software and security systems to ensure network security.
Required skills:
Oral and written communication in English and French.
College diploma or equivalate degree in computer technology.
Understanding of computer networks and systems.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office admin center, Windows and MAC systems by Apple Inc.
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate technical concepts.
Ability to exercise good judgement, integrity, and honesty.
Ability to protect the confidentiality of information.
Resourceful, autonomous.
Excellent sense of customer service.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a support technician.
