Technical Delivery Manager

Description:

Ensure that product development work is delivered to time and budget with full transparency of dependencies, risks and priorities.

Participate as part of the product’s management team by meeting regularly with the product manager, head of product development, product owners, client services, and head of technical operations.

Lead the Scrum Masters working on the product scrum teams.

Coach in the art & application of AGILE practice.

Foster a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement.

Support Product Manager and Product Owners across the Product to build accurate roadmaps.

Undertake Project Management of product level initiatives. Organize, convey status, and drive work to a successful conclusion.

Assist smaller teams that are not big enough to require dedicated AGILE staff by organizing them using limited light touch agile practice.

Ensure management is informed on Delivery, Quality, & Financials.

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience managing AGILE practice and scrum masters across multiple teams.

Possess a bachelor’s degree or relevant related experience.
