Description:
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of our solutions’ components and functions and must understand the technical processes that make these products work. Duties include but are not limited to consulting on product development, explaining product features to prospective and/or existing customers during live demonstrations, and helping business partners onboard.
This can be a remote role. You can be based anywhere in South America, however Sao Paulo is the preferred location.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the Xsolla products and services work
- Work with the customers and developers to ensure their backend meets the system requirements
- Communicate with the business development team to understand consumer needs and offer sales support where necessary
- Establish customer rapport and acceptancePlan for modifications to products to meet consumer demands
- Help clients to solve problems with Xsolla product usage (light coding a plus)
- Recommend new and improved products to the customers and explain how the equipment will be more cost-effective
- Work closely with Business Development team to close deals
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programing, or related field
- Previous experience in a client-facing role
- Comfortable giving presentations and explaining how things work to customers
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service/interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong proficiency in Confluence, Jira, Basecamp and G Suite and must be able to pick up new software quickly and confidently
- General Gaming industry knowledge
- Must be able to immediately handle a significant workload and effectively prioritize projects with a high degree of autonomy
- Effective time management skills and excellent attention to detail
- Responsible for closing business while meeting KPIs of the Business Development team
- Ability to self-motivate and work individually, while also working within a highly collaborative team
- Business fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese preferred
- Some travel to local shows and partner locations
