- Has the ability to communicate within the marketing team cross functionally and to franchise partners to build a greater understanding of our customer, and improve marketing decisions.
- Shows strong leadership to their direct reports and has the ability provide informal leadership to other members of the content team.
- Leads the social media strategy, always have a pulse on results, and know how and when to optimize social media campaigns to help reach our overarching marketing goals.
- Is accountable in owning their own tech-stack, budget and reporting on results to key stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience leading a team
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- 6-8 years of experience in social media
- Experience using social media tools such as Sprout, Social Studio, AirTable or Hootsuite
- Proficient in understanding social media analytics and able to confidently speak to them
- Experience in Social Strategy and content creation for META, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Linkedin
