Team Lead

Description:

In this role, you will be leading and developing a team of Application and Data Integration Specialists are project focused, and are responsible for maintaining and driving the client relationship post sale; ensuring that project requirements are understood and executed on time. In this role, you will help to shape a world-class team, drive continuous improvement, and coach team members to ensure that they have the support, resources, and tools to be successful.

What you’ll do:

• Recruit, hire and nurture a world-class team.
• Promote a continuous improvement mindset.
• Drive team initiatives/activities and align them with departmental business goals.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, high-performance and continuous learning.
• Serve as the first escalation point for client and team issues.
• Lead regular team meetings and mentor/coach team members.
• Define, refine, and report on key operational metrics.
• Promote and participate in developing our internal documentation.
• Collaborate with other teams to address Integration & Reporting - related issues.

What you’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the capability to take initiative
• Strong Process Management and improvement skills
• Proven Project Management experience for small projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and data analysis abilities.
• Able to maintain high quality service delivery and documentation.

Additional preferred qualifications:

• 2+ year experience in a professional services organization, preferably in a leadership role.
• Experience in the SaaS space.
• Experience in a rapidly scaling or high growth team environment.
