As a Team Lead, Application Support your responsibilities will include:

• Motivate team members in methods to improve proficiency within the support processes, while creating a space where they can openly ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Encourage the team to be pro-active: Always being ahead of the client’s needs, trying to identify issues and resolve them before they are detected.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes while providing productive performance feedback.
• Assign tasks to team according to priority, while tracking the team's performance and identify ways to increase efficiency.
• Facilitate and guide team adoption of firm standards and processes when delivering solutions/releases including unit testing, documentation and change management.
• Liaise with team, management, and internal clients to help align business needs with current applications. Ensuring business requirements are clearly defined, documented, communicated, and tested.
• Identifying risks and form contingency plans to ensure projects and software releases/updates are successfully completed.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations and briefings to the relevant stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned
