Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration (currently enrolled or recently completed).
• Experience working in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition is a strong asset.
• Sound analytical skills, detail oriented, able to work with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• A team player that fosters a collaborative spirit with the ability to anticipate the needs of the team/department.
• Strong judgment and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Strong general computer skills with basic IT trouble shooting abilities.
• Bilingual in French & English is a strong asset.
• Intermediate to Expert MS office skills; inclusive of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Must be available to work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm CST (Manitoba Time Zone) Monday to Friday.
