Description:
PeakTew, a social media app aiming to connect more people with the real world, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow and nurture the company's culture. This is a remote, unpaid opportunity designed for individuals with an interest in HR management or recruitment who are passionate about contributing to a startup environment. The role offers the chance to gain international work experience, build a professional network, and receive mentorship on hard and soft skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop strategic talent pipelines.
Monitor recruitment metrics to optimize processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Support the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new team members into the company culture.
Participate in team meetings to align on hiring priorities and address challenges.
Required Competencies:
Strong command of English (PeakTew operates in English).
Past experience or a strong interest in HR management or recruitment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
