Talent Acquisition Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, and attracting top talent for our thriving studio. This is a collaborative role where you will work closely with Hiring Managers to attract, source, and assess top talent to ensure we deliver a “best in class” candidate experience. The successful candidate is passionate about building a career in People + Culture and is seeking an opportunity to make a difference. This is a hybrid role with four days required in the studio.

 

What you will do:

  • Managing the full recruitment process from job posting through onboarding.
  • Being the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, offering a high-touch experience to ensure recruitment needs are met.
  • Proactively attracting and maintaining talent pools of highly qualified and diverse talent to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Developing passive candidate pipelines through implementing innovative sourcing techniques and strategies.
  • Being an ambassador of Turner Fleischer building relationships and partnerships and developing our employee brand.
  • Providing an efficient recruitment process by managing all applicants and coordinating with Hiring Managers through BambooHR.
  • Managing new hire onboarding in collaboration with other operational teams to ensure a positive studio experience.
  • Analyzing People + Culture KPIs such as time-to-hire, turnover, etc., to improve recruitment and retention metrics.
  • Supporting the Director of People + Culture on other special projects / talent retention initiatives.

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent discipline.
  • 3-5 years talent acquisition experience in a high-growth organization, preferably within a professional services firm.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking, and prioritizing.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
  • Experienced in leveraging LinkedIn and Bamboo HR for end-to-end recruitment.
  • Curious and proactive in nature with a track record for producing high quality work.
  • Identifying and engaging with potential candidates, building diverse pipelines, and providing a positive and inclusive candidate experience.
  • Researching and staying abreast of the latest talent acquisition trends and techniques and applying them in a progressive studio environment.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid role, with 4 days in the studio.
