About this Role: Join our dynamic GTW team as a Systems Support Specialist, where you'll tackle system issues, maintain WMS equipment, and provide general IT support, all while driving innovation and operational excellence by testing system enhancements with both our GTW and Home Office IS teams.

What You'll Be Doing:
Maintain adequate on-hand quantities of WMS equipment and coordinate repair of any devices that are malfunctioning so that they may be returned to service as soon as possible. Configure new WMS equipment for DC operational use.
Maintain, update, and deactivate user profiles in both Manhattan WMS and Kronos.
Maintain and validate WMS wave template changes in response to statutory holidays and store delivery schedule changes. This also includes making necessary system changes to advance store first flow delivery changes to one delivery earlier.
Ensure that stores are properly billed for all merchandise shipped to them by investigating all issues experienced with messaging between Symbotic, Manhattan WMS, and JDA. This includes working with the GTW Inventory Team to ensure accuracy of systemic inventory.
Log and monitor system issues within the Help Desk ticketing system; actioning those that fall within their responsibilities and ensure other tickets are assigned to the appropriate team. After hours on call support required.
Collaborate with the Home Office IS Team to review and test all system enhancements that impact distribution operations.
Collaborate with the Home Office IS Team to identify and correct IT issues experienced by the GTW Team. This includes performing issue triage, repairing equipment, and coordinating the return of equipment to home office.
What You'll Bring:
Post-secondary education in computer systems, data base systems, or other related discipline.
Training in SQL.
Training in IBM Cognos or other reporting software.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse environment, preferably with Manhattan WMS.
Good knowledge of warehouse management / enterprise resource programs. Preferably Manhattan WMS.
Able to perform after hours support on a rotating on-call basis.
Excellent interpersonal, decision making, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Willingness to take training on both your own and the company's time.
Bilingualism in English and French (considered an asset)
Knowledge and experience in Manhattan SCI / IBM Cognos Framework Manager (Considered an asset, other similar WMS and reporting systems experience is also acceptable)
Knowledge and experience in computer programming.
