You have: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field 7-10 years’ progressive development and/or IT project management experience Advanced knowledge of various IT technologies related to systems design/development, SDLC and project planning 3+ years of IT Team Lead experience related to application development Hands on experience with system configuration and DevOps tools Advanced knowledge of Windows & Linux OS, relational and non-relational database structures, cloud systems, security, storage and fault management Nice to have: Certification (or working towards) in Agile, AI/Data Science, AWS, Microsoft, DevOps Understanding of delivery cycles, product/services lifecycles and DevOps What you will do: Lead the technology development process and life cycle for the assigned project team Provide day-to-day technical leadership to the project team taking ownership of its initiatives and decisions Determine all technical requirements, resources and cost estimates for assigned projects Create and execute test strategies to validate design against requirements Provide training, coaching and guidance to junior team members Work with IT management on all phases of the incident, problem and change management processes Complete proof of concept (PoC) projects, where required, to determine feasibility and alignment to business/project needs Hiring Range: $98,479 + Comprehensive benefit package and Defined Benefits pension plan for full-time employees Our Commitment Assessment transparency.
