Job Description:

What will you do?

• Assist in the design, implementation of AWS Cloud Solutions.

• Monitor infrastructure and optimize and secure resources

• Design and develop scripts and automation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clients and sevices

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Cloud related issues

• Stay up-to-date with AWS best practices, new Services and industry trend

• Develop, maintain, and update documentation relating to procedures and troubleshooting guides

• Provide client support and address inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize skills to automate tasks, creating reports and improve efficiency

• Provide regular updates on work progress including status reports, project milestones and upcoming tasks

• Actively participate in team discussions, brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas, share insights and collaborate on solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate to technical specifications

• Evaluate and implement Security guardrails

What do you need to succeed?

• Enrolled in a computer-related degree program (Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology...)

• Proficiency in programming ans scripting

• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC)

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Prior experience with cloud computing technologies is a plus
