Sr. Sales Development Representative

Day-to-day job

  • You will offer a strategic approach to territory planning, account development, and the pre-discovery/qualification stage.
  • You will engage with your assigned territory of prospects to understand their business and look for opportunities to schedule meetings and demonstrations.
  • Using our CRM system, you will track your pipeline progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective customers and deals.
  • You will help prospects identify the need for change, leading to increased quality of care and engagement for their senior care residents and families.
  • You will contribute to prospecting, booking meetings, and hitting set revenue targets.
  • You are often the first point of contact with our prospects, giving us the opportunity to establish a positive relationship and the beginning of a world-class customer experience.
  • You will take the initiative to research prospects before calls, look at profiles and websites and use any effective and efficient means to understand your prospect.
  • You will manage a B2B relationship pipeline, conducting discovery and demo calls while nurturing leads and clients through the buying process.

Qualifications

  • You have experience in senior-level health, long-term care or senior care sales in Canada and the USA.
  • You have experience using CRM systems and can optimize a state-of-the-art sales process. Experience using Hubspot is an asset.
  • You have a passion for sales and learning what makes businesses tick.
  • You are exceptional at building solid relationships at all levels.
  • You are resilient and won’t let customer rejections slow you down.
  • You consistently strive to improve yourself and find ways to develop professionally.
  • You have the technical aptitude for maximizing and excelling in a digital/remote work environment.
  • You demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You demonstrate accountability, delivering on what you commit to.
  • You have strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • You think outside the box and find creative solutions to problems.
