This Senior Manager- eCommerce Sales position perfectly embodies that ambition- as you will own & be responsible for selling execution with Amazon and Sobey’s Voila as a vital member of the Sobey’s Customer Business Team (CBT) while leading the Amazon account team. The Sr. Manager serves as the liaison between Kraft Heinz and the Amazon/Sobey’s Team- leading all selling activities & driving efforts tied to improving our gross margin & market share. The Sr. Manager aims to deliver revenue and share objectives- pursue business strategies to drive growth- provide category management expertise- and ensure that coordinated cross-functional sales value is delivered to the customer through implementation of the sales plan- assortment and packaging objectives.

Sr. Manager- eCommerce Sales at a glance

The Sr. Manager- eCommerce will function as a General Manager for the Amazon.com sales account across all fulfillment channels (i.e. Ship-to-Home- BTB- etc.) owning end-to-end customer relationship- financial and market share performance- and digital marketing strategy & execution. This encompasses contract and strategic negotiations- merchandising- marketing strategy- innovation- customer supply chain- and risk management. This role reports into the Associate Director- eCommerce and will have one direct report.
