The Ratings Division is looking to hire a Sr. Front End Developer to lead hands on development and provide design pattern insight. S&P Global structured finance value stream technology team in the Ratings Divisions consists of geographically diversified software engineers responsible to develop scalable solutions by working directly with product development team. You will enable S&P ratings business to provide best in class end-to-end analytical, commercial and customer experience by building feature rich solutions including big data engineering, analytics, business intelligence and workflow capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Develop web applications using Java, Spring boot, and other open source java frameworks, RESTful web services
Enterprise level integrations using Kafka, REST, OKTA, etc.
Front End development using React/Angular and MFE architectures
Database development on PostgreSQL, Oracle, and integrations with application services
Application containerization, and deployments through CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services like S3, EKS, EC2 etc.
Experience writing SQL queries and good understanding of data model, Databricks knowledge is a plus.
Experience in deployment using docker and containers
Good knowledge about Infrastructure and exposure to CI/CD
Observability, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting using Splunk, ELK, Jaeger etc.
