• Establishing the company’s technical vision, system architecture and lead all aspects of the company’s technological planning and development
• Creating and implementing technology strategies and align to the business and IT strategy
• Aligning the company’s technology resources with the organization’s short- and long-term goals
• Serving on the IT leadership team to align technology goals to other departmental and organizational goals
• Creating and working with technology team and InfoSec to implement a robust business security plan
• Supporting engineering teams
• Leading technical support efforts for partners and internal stakeholders
• Discovering and implementing new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Attracting, retaining and developing high caliber talent across the IT Infrastructure and operations team
• Supervising system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
• Building quality assurance, data protection and disaster recovery processes
• Developing succession plans, personal development goals, training and leadership for the Infrastructure and Operations team
• Creating and overseeing high-level KPIs for IT Infrastructure and Operations
• Monitoring KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
