Reporting to the Data Insights and Enablement Director, the Senior BI Specialist will play a key role in designing and implementing advanced dashboards, data automation, and business intelligence strategies. This role requires expertise in data visualization, analytics, and workflow automation to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Gather & analyze business requirements to align BI solutions with organizational goals
✔ Provide actionable insights based on business intelligence data
✔ Develop in-depth reporting packages & presentations to communicate key trends
✔ Assess market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior for proactive decision-making
✔ Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting
Qualifications:
✅ Experience:
🔹 As a BI Developer, building complex dashboards & algorithms
🔹 Expert in BI Tools – Tableau , Power BI, Qlik, Domo, or Sisense, etc
