Description:
- Leads menu strategy and development including pricing, design and execution
- Leads packaging strategy and execution
- Leads the brand CSR strategy, partnerships and execution
- Pursues and develops external partnerships to further build brand love and guest engagement
- Oversees and support operations for local store marketing activities, including new store opening and renovation support
- Coaches and develops Assistant Brand Manager
- Supports VP Marketing in creative strategy, advertising plans and creative executions of the annual marketing calendar in partnership with ad agency
- Supports VP Marketing in setting media strategies (mix, allocation and placement) and annual planning in partnership with media AOR
- Supports VP Marketing for the management of the marketing budget
- Plays a critical role in Brand Insights and Research to track and measure brand equity and brand drivers against key growth segments, overall category share growth and category trends
- Conducts thorough and timely post program analysis and evaluation, including quarterly and annual business review
- Works collaboratively with Harvey’s brand team, other Recipe marketing and central teams to maximize synergies within Harvey’s and across brands
Skills/Education Required:
- University Degree, BBA, BCom or MBA an asset
- Minimum 3 to 4 years marketing experience at the Brand or Marketing Manager level
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytic and strategic thinking abilities
- Fact-based decision maker
- Team and relationship builder, with strong influencing skills
- Marketing experience in the Restaurant, Hospitality or Retail Industry
- Brand Management background (CPG, Retail or Product) experience is strongly desired
