Description:

  • Project management experience:
    • The ability to take marketing briefs and internal requests and provide clear direction to a team of online integrators
    • Ensuring the output resulting from those briefs and requests is delivered on time and meets brand, legal and senior management approval
  • Digital marketing and targeting experience:
    • Identify and implement initiatives and creative that best targets our customers online
    • Continuously look for improvements across our Website in how information is presented, with the end goal of improving the customer experience
    • Interested in online trends and digital, eCommerce and Web best practices
    • Evaluate and monitor campaign results on an ongoing basis
  • A creative eye and an understanding of the importance of accuracy. Being responsible for the implementation of various customer facing communications you should be comfortable with:
    • Proofreading
    • Copy editing
    • Providing feedback on creative and content
    • Paying attention to details and ensuring accuracy
  • A strong collaborator who will partner with Sales, Marketing, Brand and I.T. teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
