Spatial Data Manager

Description:

reviewing, and verifying drawing integrity
Co-host regularly scheduled Serraview (& Serraview Live) implementation meetings
Manage Serraview (& Serraview Live) – post implementation (business as usual) including the maintenance of data input, output, and reporting to keep the tool up-to-date and meet account KPI’s.
Implement and manage neighborhood information in Serraview (& Serraview Live) and ensure data is kept up to date per recommended cadence
Update occupancy data in Serraview (& Serraview Live) per recommended cadence
Implement and execute a locker and storage management within Serraview (& Serraview Live)
Partner with Occupancy Planner to implement and oversee Space and Data Audit Program (as needed)
Lead maintenance of floor plans in Serraview (& Serraview Live) including updating architectural drawings, furniture, equipment, polylines, space types, and space ID numbers per Client’s drawing standards.
Partner with client vendor(s) to ensure all base drawing preparation and As-Built drawing management for new site locations per client standards
Maintain drawing file management system per client standards.
Contribute, enhance, and enable data governance process
Provide best practices as Subject Matter Expert in Spatial Data Management
Develop standards and protocols related to Spatial Data Management
Customer support for day-to-day Spatial Data activities
Provide monthly reporting to the Client by tracking work completed, in progress, or on deck to complete.
Provide Serraview (& Serraview Live) training to client staff as needed
Ensure all integrations to partner tools act as defined
Ensure Space Management, Planning and Occupancy Playbook (aka SPO Playbook, is kept current as it relates to Spatial Data Management people, process, and tool information

Move, Adds & Changes:
Update seat assignments within Serraview (& Serraview Live)
Customer support for day-to-day MAC activities
Support the coordination of new hire and terminations within Serraview (& Serraview Live)
Support updating seat assignments in Serraview (& Serraview Live) based on updates received from the onsite audit resource
Connect with Client’s Space Manager and Coordinate facility space requests
Partner with the Occupancy Planner on space negotiations and resolutions between groups
