Software Engineer

Description:

Reporting to the Manager, Engineering, the Senior Software Engineer will help their fellow citizens across the US and Canada by designing and building out our integration platform. This role will participate in building the next-generation platform that powers permitting and licensing processes through intelligent, collaborative software. We work in a highly collaborative agile development environment; you will work as a core member within our development team, and collaborate, advise, and find solutions within the team.

As a Sr. Software Developer at Clariti, you'll get to :

• Lead technical and architecture sessions, roadmaps, and objective documents for our Integration Platform
• Push for best-practices in our technology stack and across our company
• Assess and maintain a high bar for technical aptitude in new hires
• Design, build, and maintain a set of APIs that will be used by many to manage and consume Camino Platform data 24/7
• Build software that is used on a daily basis by thousands of citizens and government employees across the country

What you bring to the team?

• 4+ years industry experience developing SaaS-based solutions
• Demonstrated ability to develop cloud-based applications
• Familiarity with some or all of our current tech stack: Ruby/Rails, Python, Node, TypeScript, React, AWS Lambda, Postgres, K8s, Azure API Management
• Recent experience leading one or more small, full-stack or backend software development teams (bonus)
