Description:
Client Management
- Manage existing clients communications, projects & relationships on a daily basis.
- Work with clients to identify their business growth opportunities using digital marketing.
- Conceptualize and formulate clients social media strategy and Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Conduct online community engagement for clients social networks.
- Provide effective and continuous communication of deliverables with clients & internal team
- Visit client’s within the GTA for meetings, strategy sessions and updates.
- Provide occasional on-site social media sharing at client events.
Campaign Strategy
- Manage clients planning sessions to set objectives for content, themes and ads.
- Provide ongoing support and solutions on Social Media content and on paid social Ads to ensure objectives are being met.
- Assist clients & the Social Know How® team on the development and execution of social media strategies.
Social Ads Management & Reporting
- Conceptulize, administer and execute relevant paid Facebook & Instagram Ads.
- Manage & monitor social media ads to ensure intended results are achieved.
- Analyze campaigns and provide reporting to clients & team.
Business Development
- Assist the business development manager with new opportunities.
- Provide support in proposal generation and new client meetings.
