Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintenance relief role
- Operate ammonia, CO2, Compressed air, Cogeneration, Boiler and Steam systems in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures
- Effectively Operating HVAC Unit for proper ventilation
- Performing preventive maintenance routine and executing corrective repairs to all equipment
- Maintenance documentation updates
- Respect of plant policy (Safety, Environment, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
- Other duties as required
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A Valid 2nd class Engineering certificate a minimum
- Minimum 3 years Powerhouse Engineer experience - manufacturing experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Hydraulic or Pneumatic equipment an asset
- Good understanding of PLC troubleshooting and programming
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with a face-paced environment
- Self-starter with an ability to work with limited supervision
- Excellent sense of urgency, work ethic and attendance record
