Description:

• Business Analyst/Business System Analyst with 7-10 years of experience with at least 3+ years on experience in Salesforce projects as working as a BA
• Good Writing and communication skills with in depth salesforce knowledge.
• Experience in gathering requirements and documentation including testing and Test plan creation.
• Document end to end business process flows and user stories.
• Exposure to Financial Service Cloud Or certified in the same
• Should be Admin 201 Certified, Advanced Admin certification is a Plus
• Should know the SFDC Sales and Service cloud Functional flow
• Should be able to understand the Customer’s implicit and explicit requirements and manage the UAT for the Customer
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA or Trello.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data migration and system integration projects is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues groom the same to the Development Team.
