Description: The course focuses on important fixed income securities and markets. It offers a broad overview of traditional bond and term structure concepts as well as a review of bond structure relevant to different sectors of the fixed income market. The course emphasizes both conceptual and applied aspects of fixed income markets and their securities. The student audience of the Master of Finance program are working professionals with background and future career interest in finance.
Qualification: Required qualifications include an MBA, recent experience teaching RSM333 and similar corporate finance courses in a post-secondary institution; significant experience in the practice of corporate finance.
