Servicenow Solution Architect

Description:

You will:

• Collaborate with vendor and technical teams to deliver functionality and features with consideration of security, complexity, upgradeability, performance, and usability.
• Ensuring internal and industry standard methodologies are upheld by developers.
• Work with project teams regarding initiatives within ServiceNow.
• Attend vendor governance meetings.
• Ensure that development/configuration have low incident to change ratio.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years+ of experience with ServiceNow platform development and configuration.
• Experience with integration and automation features.
• Experience with RCA and resolving platform issues, to deliver consistent platform experience and services to the whole organization.
• Capabilities to research and find solutions to various business needs.
• Experience with exploring and proposing new insights to fully exploit platform capabilities to deliver business value proactively.
• Proficient with handling change and problem management within industry standards.
• Experience working with large development teams to mentor and facilitate collaboration.

Other Qualifications:

• ITIL Service Manager Certification or equivalent work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various leve of business partners globally: customers, developers, QA, vendors, management.
• Self-motivated individual with a curious nature that can work with minimal direction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• IT Experience with the different phases of product development lifecycle: analysis, design, build, test and implement.
• Experience with Excel and use of formulas to analyze large volumes of data.
• Understanding of integration methods and APIs.
• A team collaborator.
• Ability to self-learn about new products, new product features and industry trends.
• Ability to handle various demands with different levels of priority.
• Ability to adapt to changes in priority and course of action.
• Experience with SQL databases, Data Analysis and Reporting is a plus.
