Description:
The ServiceNow Global Alliances Chief of Staff will work directly with Global ServiceNow Alliance Chief Commercial Officer and the Global ServiceNow Alliance Leader across the 360-relationship team (i.e., sell-with, build-with, sell-to, buy-from, and social ventures) to shape and execute global ServiceNow Alliance strategies and priorities:
- Act as an advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer and 360-relationship leadership team,planning and directing administrative, financial, and operational activities
- Oversee the execution of the operational plans for the Global 360 relationship
- Organize and prioritize critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making
- Work with the Chief Commercial Officer and the Global ServiceNow Alliance Leader to identify / manage / resolve issues and develop strategic alliances goals
- Drives the executive meetings and strategic communications planning and execution (i.e., Top to top quarterly briefings, C-Suite cadences, practice- wide communications, global QBRs, alliances , Linkedin ect…)
- Enable and maintain relationship with Deloitte Firm leadership, as well as Industry and Offering Leaders, to build their understanding of the NOW strategic initiatives in key geographies, industries, and offerings
- Act as a point of contact or gatekeeper between Deloitte firm Leadership and other stakeholders
- Work with the 360-relationship leadership team to deliver operational activities
- Collaborates with the firm’s wider Chief of Staff network to support delivery of priority initiatives and sharing of leading practices
Who you'll work with:
- Reporting directly to the Global ServiceNow Alliance Leader, supporting the alliance agenda setting, strategic planning, management of the Global Alliance 360-relationship, and executive engagement
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Global Alliance’s core enablement team; traditionally comprised of core Project
- Management and Reporting Resources; regional Chief of Staff network; Global/Regional Alliance Managers
- Collaborating across the Global ServiceNow network – across lead partners and teams – as well as beyond the ServiceNow
- Alliance, building relationships across the firm’s Global Alliance Portfolio, Global Consulting & Risk Advisory network, in addition to other leaders and their teams to build community and win and hearts of minds across the Firm
