Description:
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the Service Aware Mapping Team to develop forms, automate processes, and build intake processes.
- Code and automate processes for CI and attribute updates in the CMDB.
- Create user groups for IT Asset Owner delegates and automate KRI’s and KPI’s for P2G on the NOW Platform.
- Troubleshoot, fix defects, and support applications.
- Perform code reviews, maintain documentation, and develop enhancements.
- Configure ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog.
- Lead ServiceNow enhancements and provide post-implementation support as required.
What you bring to the role
- Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies such as HTML or XML.
- Experience with API integrations with other systems.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog configuration.
- Expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and ITAM modules.
- Demonstrable experience in automating processes, scripting in SN, and building and modifying forms and workflows.
- Ability to lead ServiceNow enhancements/updates/modifications, and manage end-to-end stories, sprints, scrums, testing, implementation, and validation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Superb communication and teamwork abilities.
- Have expert knowledge of the HAM/SAM (Pro) IT Asset Management Modules and the CMDB Modules in ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
