Service Hub Coordinator

 

Description:

The specific responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Customer Service: Greet everyone who visits the Service Hub, answer questions about all aspects of the Student Health & Dental Plan, de-escalate client concerns, respond to phone calls and emails in a timely manner, help students with general questions as needed including questions about NAITSA fees, U-Pass fees, etc., and direct students to the appropriate campus resources.
  • Administrative and office duties: Provide on-the-job support to part-time Service Hub staff, participate in Service Hub meetings, oversee the quality of service in the office and online via LiveChat, manage the register’s float for ticket sales, update information related to the student health and dental plan, and other office duties as required.
  • Student Benefits Plan Administration: Direct students to complete their benefits forms by the applicable deadlines, work within NAIT’s software system to remove fees for qualifying students, receive opt-in/opt-out applications and approve payments, complete audits of online requests, and prepare all student benefits data for submission to the insurance broker.
  • Liaise with NAIT & Benefits Provider: Work with applicable NAIT departments regarding student eligibility, enrolment, fees and refunds, support part-time staff with plan questions, develop awareness of the Student Benefit Plans within the NAIT community, and liaise with benefits provider regarding all aspects of the student Health & Dental plan.
