As a SEO Manager, you will be joining a dynamic and agile marketing team. You have a passion for digital marketing, data analytics and reporting insights. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, keyword research, and analytics. The ideal candidate has experience collaborating with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to optimize our digital presence and improve search rankings. You will be responsible for developing strategic approaches to search engine optimization to generate organic traffic, consumer engagement, and leads for thebusiness.
You can manage multiple activities at once, while keeping all stakeholders up to date with performance metrics reports. You must be comfortable with change and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Developing and executing effective SEO strategies, including keyword research and competitive insights, to drive organic growth and improve search rankings.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc.) and providing recommendations updates to content and web pages
- Driving innovation to stand out in the B2B marketplace to drive quality leads and pipeline
- Staying up to date with search engine algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices.
- Building strong relationships with subject matter experts within the organization and external vendors to align on go-to-market approaches
- Analyzing performance of campaigns and make data-based decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness to drive expected KPIs
- Working closely with paid search, social media, and web development teams to ensure holistic digital marketing alignment.
- Demonstrating subject matter expertise and being able to educate internal teams on SEO and digital best practices in advertising and technology
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing programs, inclusive of SEO, or related experience in enterprise software or B2B company
- Proven ability to improve organic search performance and site rankings.
- Strong abilities in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio to review data analytics and generate reports with insights.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and ABM platforms such as 6Sense would be a bonus
- Agency experience or experience working with agencies or vendors
- A self-motivated, performance-driven, and professional demeanor.
