Responsibilities:

• Web Development & Architecture: Participate in the design, analysis, and architecture of web solutions

• Requirement Analysis: Understand business needs and propose technological solutions

• Coding & Implementation: Develop responsive, accessible, and high-performance web components

• API Integration: Implement secure and efficient API solutions

• Security & Compliance: Ensure development follows best practices in security, performance, and accessibility (SGQRI 008, WCAG)

• Testing & Optimization: Conduct quality assurance tests, performance optimization, and bug fixes

• Collaboration & Leadership: Guide and support the team with technical expertise and best practices

• Documentation & Deployment: Document test cases, facilitate smooth deployment processes (ITIL, pull requests, approvals)

Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science (college/university) or equivalent experience

• 10-14 years of IT experience, with at least 7 years as a Web Analyst-Programmer

• Experience in large-scale web projects (500+ development days)

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Typo3 & PHP

• Experience with SOLR search engine

• Responsive web development expertise (Bootstrap, pre-processors, Node.js)

• Mastery of API integration

• Proficiency in BackstopJS

• Expertise in interactive design & web accessibility (WCAG standards)

• Strong database management experience

Soft Skills & Security Clearance:

• Strong team collaboration & leadership skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity

• Government security clearance (Level 1 required)
