We’re looking for a talented senior user experience lead to join our ambitious, fast-paced and high-performing team. The Senior UX Lead is responsible for providing leadership to design resources on one or multiple squads, as well as defining the overarching User Experience vision and strategy to stakeholders. Senior UX Leads take part in the definition of scope with the squad prior to sprint plan. They are responsible for leadership, mentorship, and coaching of UX team members to ensure high performance of the team while fostering an inspiring and inclusive environment, managing stakeholders, running collaborative design workshops, and championing a client-centred culture.

What will you do?

• Develop the UX strategy for the squad(s) they oversee in collaboration with the cross-functional partners, and oversee all design activities
• Provide direction to UX resources on the squad(s)
• Lead collaborative design reviews
• Lead UX hiring, onboarding and development across a number of squads
• Lead the standardization of UX principles, design process and toolsets across squads
• Help to harmonize design systems and asset management across squads
• Prioritize and balance workloads and resourcing across squads Help to set design standards and metrics across squads
• Socialize success stories
• Enable inter-app learning and workshops to share related solutions and best practices across squads
• Provide input / recommendations into upcoming roadmaps and releases
