Description:
• Works with software development teams to define hypotheses, run experiments (surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, A/B testing), and analyze data to make decisions on features that influence the direction of the product
• Manages cross-squad programs across complex technical, regulatory, or other cross-cutting needs
• Ensures progress against important milestones where consistent and coordinated implementation is required
• Maintains a perspective on impact of change on patterns required for implementation
• Develops patterns and documentation to ensure ongoing maintenance of technical and regulatory solutions
• Defines scope for complex, cross-team projects with high impact
• Leads coordination efforts with some leadership support of Product Owners, Architects and Engineers to meet regulatory and technical requirements
• Often exceeds purpose and quality requirements
• Has positive impact to specific organizational entities & understands nature of impact
• Consistently strong impact on the success of a team
