Senior Solutions Engineer

You are a passionate Senior Solutions Engineer, adept at putting yourself in the shoes of the customer, empathize with the end user, and deliver innovative and customized solutions to our clients. Your expertise lies with your active listening skills to pinpoint the root cause of business problems and demonstrating your deep product knowledge by designing technical solutions that solve real problems. You could come from a background of solutions engineering or pre-sales engineering, keeping close to the client by wearing multiple hats and being a consultant to your clients and speaking the language of both technical and non-technical language fluently.

Responsibilities

· Provide technical expertise and guidance to the sales team and the client throughout the sales cycle, and address any technical questions or issues

· Collaborate with the product, engineering, and customer success teams to provide feedback, insights, and suggestions for product improvement and enhancement

· Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and share them with the team and the client

· Design and propose technical solutions that meet the client’s needs and expectations, and align with our product vision and strategy

· Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

· 5+ years of experience in solution engineering or pre-sales in the software industry

· Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and independently.

· Passion for helping customers and delivering exceptional service

· Proficient in various technologies such as cloud computing, web development, databases, APIs, etc.

· Experience with Javascript & Go programming languages

· Experience with blockchain & smartcontract

· Experience with streaming protocols

· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and clear language
