Description:

ONxpress Operations Inc. (OOI) is at the forefront of transforming transit in the Greater Golden Horseshoe. In partnership with Metrolinx, Deutsche Bahn International Operations, and Aecon, OOI is leading the GO Expansion program, enhancing GO Transit rail network and Union Pearson Express operations.

We are seeking a Senior Solution Analyst to play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing IT solutions, and ensuring seamless system integrations. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, evaluate software/hardware solutions, and oversee implementation processes to optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔍 System Analysis & Solution Design:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Design IT solutions that align with business processes and objectives

• Evaluate and recommend software and hardware solutions

• Oversee system integration and implementation while minimizing disruption to operations

🛠 Implementation & Optimization:

• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and problem resolution

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on system functionalities

• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements

📈 Technology & Innovation:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

• Implement innovative IT solutions to enhance efficiency and business growth

Qualifications & Skills:

✅ Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

✅ Technical & Professional Expertise:

• Experience in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and enterprise software

• Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data analysis

• Understanding of cloud computing and virtualization technologies

• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (ITIL, PMP, CBAP)

✅ Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
