• A professional designation in an engineering, architectural or project management field.
• Significant experience managing the delivery of municipal or capital infrastructure projects including scope, budget and schedule.
• Experience managing employees, contractors or consultants.
• Experience in, and technical knowledge of, municipal or community engineering projects and infrastructure planning.
• Experience working with First Nations and small communities.

Candidates with an equivalent combination of education and experience may be equally considered.
